The InTatters Challenge for October is to tat using a thread that you have in your stash that you don't like, or don't use. The coral Knit Cro Sheen size 10 was the thread that Wanda chose for the challenge. Mrs John has found that ranch activities during the summer didn't leave much time to tat. She has made another foray into dyeing her own thread because she couldn't find exactly what she wanted, but used the thread for crochet rather than tatting. She has discovered that a zippered lunch bag makes an ideal tatting bag with room for scissors, pattern, project and moist towelettes to keep her hands clean.
