My favourite tau sar piahs are from 603, which can be found in Balestier!
The humble shop is tucked at almost the end of Balestier, which is nearer to Thomson Medical Centre. The shop offers quite a few varieties, and my favourite are the red bean!
Be there early cause the shop closes quite early, and the piahs finish rather fast too.
